البحيرة تفتتح مشروع الإسكان الاجتماعي بكفر الدوار بقيمة 130 مليون جنيهاً

افتتح اللواء هشام أمنه محافظ البحيرة والأستاذة مي عبد الحميد رئيس مجلس إدارة صندوق التمويل العقاري والمدير التنفيذي لصندوق تمويل الإسكان الاجتماعي مشروع الإسكان الاجتماعي بكفر الدوار بقيمة 130 مليون جنيهاً وذلك بحضور الدكتورة نهال بلبع نائب المحافظ والمهندس حازم الأشموني السكرتير العام للمحافظة، والمهندس أحمد نوار وكيل وزارة الإسكان بالبحيرة واللواء أحمد مرزوق رئيس مركز ومدينة كفر الدوار والمهندسين طارق خضر رئيس قطاع التشييد والأعمال التخصصية بشركة المقاولون العرب وطه دياب مدير إدارة صيانة القصور والآثار المنفذة للأعمال وطاهر الشريف مدير منطقة الإسكندرية والذي أوضح أن مشروع الإسكان الاجتماعي بكفر الدوار أقيم علي مساحة 8 أفدنة وشمل إنشاء 30 عمارة سكنية مكونة من أرضي و5 أدوار متكررة بإجمالي 716 وحدة سكنية كاملة التشطيب و15 محل تجاري بقيمة 90 مليون جنيهاً.
وقد قام فرع الإسكندرية بأعمال تنفيذ شبكات المياه والصرف الصحي والطرق بالمشروع بقيمة 40 مليون جنيهاً.
Behira Governor inaugurates Social Housing Project in Kafr El Dawar worth 130 million EGP
Major Gen. Hesham Amna – Behira Governor, Mr. Mai Abdel Hameed – Chairman of the Mortgage Finance Fund and CEO of Social Housing Finance Fund in Kafr El Dawar with total value 130 million EGP. This was in the presence of Dr. Nehal Balbaa – Deputy Governor, Eng. Hazem Al Ashmony – General Secretariat of the Governorate, Major Gen. Ahmed Marzouk – Head of Kafr El Dawar Center and City, Eng. Tarek Khedr – Head of the Construction Sector and Specialized Works in the Arab Contractors Company, Eng. Taha Diab – Manager of Monument Restoration Department which implemented the works and Eng. Taher El Sherief – Manager of Alexandria Region.
Eng. Taher declared that the Social Housing Project in Kafr El Dawar is built upon 8 feddans. It includes the construction of 30 residential buildings consists of a basement, 5 typical floors with a total of 716 complete finished housing units, 15 shops with value of 90 million EGP. Alexandria Branch implemented water, wastewater and roads networks in the project worth 40 million EGP.
